Q: The link in my email won't open.  How do I get to the download screen?

If the link provided in your email failed to open it could be due to several reasons.  Here is a way around it.

1.  Copy the link in your email.  This is done by highlighting it, right clicking and pressing copy.

2.  Open your internet browser.  This could be Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox.

3. Paste the link in your address bar.  This is done by right clicking and pressing paste on your browser's address bar (pictured below).

4.  Press enter or return on your keyboard.
